As part of our comprehensive marketing plan, we also provide guidance and support to sellers in preparing their property for showings. From suggestions on staging, repairs and updates, we are dedicated to ensuring your property is presented in the best possible light to potential buyers.

Our team will prospect daily to find a buyer for your property, and will professionally manage all inquiries, showings and Open Houses, providing REALTOR® and buyer feedback after every showing. We also promote your property to other professional REALTORS® at our weekly office meetings, and professionally represent you at all offer presentations to negotiate the best price and terms for you.

We schedule all appointments in advance to ensure the best use of your time.

Our fees are 7% on the first $100,000 and 3.5% on the balance, and these fees cover ALL of our marketing and promotional expenses. There are NO additional fees or costs to you. Plus, we have lawyer on retainer for title searches and explanation of charges registered on title.
